As a member of the first cohort of ICE, I was able to see the potential the program had in inspiring and guiding students to enact environmental action. While the program was still very young and unpolished, it helped shape my view of the relationship that humanity shares with the Earth and encouraged me to pursue environmental science in higher education. Now that I've graduated from the ICE program, I'm excited to still be able to take part in it and help shape other students' experiences and be a part of the valuable research taking place.
